Notes of the "Thermal-Aware Floorplanning Benchmark" 

(1). About .power file

A power density value is given for each macro block defined in the corresponding .block file. The unit of the value is 10^5w/(m*m). For example, the first number 3.5 in ami33.power file means that the power density of macro block bk1 is 350000 w/m^2. 

(2). About .block file

Since an accurate size is needed for each macro block for temperature calculation, we assign an unit for all macro blocks in all benchmarks. However, the scales used for different benchmarks are different so that the final floorplans are scaled to a reasonable area.
